My heart has rhythm...just not a normal one

So today during phys assessment 3 of the other 5 people in my room told me that my heart was doing weird things when they were taking my blood pressure.

When the TA came by later we asked her what it meant if my heart went:

"beat...beatbeat.............beat...beat...beat"

"Oh, just take whenever it starts beating and thats your top number!"

"No, my heart is doing this weird thing where it stutters and then the sounds go away and then resume"

"Yeah, whenever you hear the first sound should be your systolic!"

"I'm a fuzz less concerned about the pressure and more about my mortal safety"

Okay, so that last line is fabricated...but srsly guys, srsly. What we have here is a failure to communicate.

Awesome related, its a metaphor for blocks:
awesome
